1. Policy Overview
Beautremoveau is committed to client satisfaction and transparency in our refund practices. This policy applies to all paid services purchased directly through our website or via confirmed email correspondence. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms of Use.
All refund requests are evaluated individually based on the service type, delivery status, and circumstances described below. We aim to respond to all refund enquiries within five (5) business days.
2. Consulting Services
2.1 Remote Consultations
If you cancel a scheduled remote consultation at least forty-eight (48) hours before the appointment, you are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge. Cancellations made between twenty-four (24) and forty-eight (48) hours before the appointment receive a fifty percent (50%) refund. Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
2.2 On-Site Consultations
On-site consultations within the Auckland region require at least seventy-two (72) hours notice for a full refund. Cancellations with forty-eight (48) to seventy-two (72) hours notice receive a fifty percent (50%) refund. Cancellations with less than forty-eight (48) hours notice forfeit the full session fee due to scheduling and travel commitments.
2.3 Completed Consultations
Once a consulting session has been delivered, the service fee is non-refundable. If you believe the delivered service did not meet the agreed scope, contact us within seven (7) days of the session to discuss resolution options, which may include a complimentary follow-up review.
3. Personalised Workspace Plans
Personalised workspace plans involve custom analysis and document preparation. Refund eligibility depends on the delivery stage:
- Before work begins: Full refund if you cancel before we commence analysis of your submitted materials.
- During preparation: If cancellation occurs after analysis has begun but before the final report is delivered, a partial refund of up to fifty percent (50%) may be issued based on work completed.
- After delivery: Once the personalised plan has been delivered to you, the fee is non-refundable. We offer one round of clarification questions at no additional charge within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
If the delivered plan contains factual errors in measurements or recommendations based on information you provided, we will revise the document at no additional cost.
4. Educational Programmes
4.1 Four-Week Ergonomics Awareness Programme
You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase if you have accessed no more than one (1) programme module. After accessing two or more modules, the programme fee is non-refundable.
4.2 Team Educational Modules
Organisational programme purchases may be refunded in full if cancellation occurs at least fourteen (14) days before the scheduled start date and no materials have been distributed to participants. Partial refunds may be available if cancellation occurs after materials distribution but before programme commencement.
4.3 Access Duration
Educational programme access is granted for the period specified at purchase. Expired access periods are not eligible for refund or extension unless a technical issue on our side prevented access during the valid period.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Services that have been fully delivered as described at the time of purchase
- Missed appointments where adequate cancellation notice was not provided
- Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (such as travel expenses for on-site visits outside Auckland)
- Promotional or discounted services where the refund terms were specified differently at purchase
- Free informational content and resources available on the Website
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us with the following information:
- Your full name and email address used at purchase
- Order or invoice reference number
- Service type and purchase date
- Reason for the refund request
- Supporting documentation if applicable

7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within ten (10) business days of approval. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional five (5) to ten (10) business days for the refund to appear in your account.
If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method. Refunds are issued in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand) or other applicable consumer protection legislation. If our services fail to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to remedies including repair, replacement, or refund regardless of the terms stated above.
For services purchased from outside New Zealand, local consumer protection laws may also apply. We comply with applicable refund requirements in jurisdictions where our clients are located, including EU consumer rights for digital content where relevant.
9. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our response to a refund request, you may escalate the matter by contacting us in writing at our business address. We commit to reviewing escalated disputes within ten (10) business days and providing a written resolution.
If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, you may refer the matter to the Disputes Tribunal of New Zealand (for claims up to NZD $30,000) or seek advice from the Commerce Commission or Citizens Advice Bureau.
